If THEY feel so entitled to talk about it...WE get to actually talk about it. But on OUR terms. We get done what needs to get done. Every time. Summers are short and shadows are long. When you become a parent, life becomes richer, fuller, messier. You look at your child and can feel their joy, sadness, anger, fear. You remember all the things you forgot along the way. 💚💙 Shoutout to all the working moms feeling like you’re not doing it right. You’re doing it. That’s it! God first. Love yourself. Love your kids. You may or may not know that for the past 18 weeks I’ve been prepping for my first fitness competition. I’m doing the bikini division in the NPC and I’m all natural. The team I’m on and wanted to be a part of typically competes in the NPC so that’s the federation I went with. This is hands down the most challenging commitment I’ve ever made. I have 4 weeks to go and I’m taking my focus up to another level. My coaches @freeformnutrition and @radfordkay have been here every step of the way. I think it’s funny that people are surprised that I have coaches. I could NEVER EVER have achieved this look on my own. Counting macros. Training hard. Sleeping well. I have tracked my food and workouts to the Gram every single day since March 18. I used @mikevacanti app called Mikes Macros. I like the visual and simplicity of it. @alpha_dad.25 has also helped me immensely with hitting PR’s in the gym. This is something I never really focused on and it has made a huge difference to know my own strength and what will push me to the next level. If you’re not focusing on pushing your muscles to a new level it’s really hard to change your physique. Always be safe.

💯💯Positivity Takeover 💯💯 Listen, moms. I know you have ideas. For yourself. For your family. For your life. For your body. For your health. For your business. Somewhere along the way someone might have told you to keep the idea to yourself because someone could steal it. Is this possible? Absolutely. But I have a newsflash for you: MOST people have tons of ideas that they themselves don’t even take action on. So WHYYYY would they take YOUR idea and get to work? The odds are incredibly low unless you’re in an industry where this is fairly common (music and film/tv comes to mind). Hoarding your ideas can really get you energetically backed up. If you want your muse to visit regularly...share some of her ideas with the world. She’ll reward you handsomely.
