Dear Friends, A comfort zone is a safe, predictable & less stressful place. Yet, remaining there hinders us from aspiring for more & increases the risk of stagnation. This explains why highly successful people always live outside their comfort zone. #MondayMotivation #LeaveYourComfortZone #StretchYourself
Dear Friends, Maintain dignity & respect in your communication with others. Courtesy & politeness is key & it is important you pay attention to verbal & nonverbal or subtle cues to get a sense of what is appropriate & what is not as you establish boundaries in your new relationships. #MondayMotivation #BuildYourNetwork #Networking

2018 CHANGE CHAMPIONS REUNION Our change champions & their mentees had loads of fun at this year's reunion with lots of games, talent competition, music, comedy & a birthday celebration. Another high point was the special award presented to Mrs Funke Olu-Young for her outstanding partnership & support of our youth development programs.
2018 CHANGE CHAMPIONS REUNION Partners that rock!!! We celebrate our amazing friends & partners - Toluwalase Olaniyan, Isaac Success, Ejiro Okotie, Temitope Okunnu, Kayode Cole & Joshua Alade for the very inspiring & interactive session. Thank you for sharing your stories & experience with us. Special thanks also to all Mentees present at this year's reunion.
WHY REUNIONS MEAN ALOT TO US Reunions are an important part of our program because we value keeping in touch with members of our family & are committed to building strong, enduring ties with our Change Champions. We are delighted to watch our family grow. It was exciting having the Change Champion Alumni share fond memories, recall important values, connect with old & new members, showcase their talents & have fun during the 2018 Annual Reunion held on Saturday March 31, 2018 at S.M.I.L.E's Resource Centre.
Dear Friends, To optimize relationships, we must move beyond focusing on personal gain and interests to establishing win-win relationships. Seeking ways to build long lasting mutually beneficial relationships should be our networking goal. Have a great week. #MondayMotivation #BuildYourNetwork #Networking
OUR EXPRESSIONS SAY IT ALL - One look at our faces will reveal how sobering & visibly overwhelmed we were on Monday when some of our Change Champions & S.M.I.L.E visited Ajegunle to spend some time with children living in the slum & support one of our friends, Mr Isaac Success, Founder Dreams from the Slum at his Educational Centre which provides basic education to these less privileged children. We are so grateful to our partner, Develop Africa Inc for giving us food items & drinks to present to the children.
Dear Friends, Networking starts with defining yourself. Differentiating yourself & standing out, entails you uncovering the unique value you offer & unique qualities you possess. Understanding & communicating your value keeps you visible & positions you in people's minds. Have a great week. #MondayMotivation #BuildYourNetwork #Networking
Reunion In A Bit! 24 hours to Go! Looking forward to our time together with Change Champions Class of 2012 - 2018 to learn, connect & have fun. See you soon!
Dear Friends, Regardless of the number of opportunities we might have missed in the past, there are still many more lined up in our path and we can still reach our destination. So instead of living in regret, let's get back on track, learn to seize the moment and don't let anymore opportunities slip by. Have a great week. #SeizeOpportunities #MondayMotivation
