We’re having flatbread envy from @stacy_adimando. She whipped together this crispy, bronzed, family-sized portion to serve with a big bowl of saucy clams. Her technique? “Using about 8 ounces of whole-grain seeded pizza dough that’s fully risen and at room temperature, stretch the dough until it’s as thin as possible while remaining relatively even all over. Coat the bottom and top of the dough all over with olive oil and rub or brush to coat. Lay it flat on a large baking sheet. Immediately transfer to a 450-degree oven in the top rack, and bake until super bronzed and even lightly charred in places, about 20-25 minutes. Remove, brush the top once more with olive oil, and top profusely with flaky sea salt and some fresh herbs.” Stacy says: “Once cooled, guests can break it apart with their hands like a chewy, crispy cracker.” 📷: @stacy_adimando
