Make the weekend a little sweeter with this luscious, two step Power Up chocolate bark. • #PowerUpRecipe by @eatwithlinh • Ingredients: 16 ounces of good quality semisweet chocolate (use your favorite kind) and 1-2 cups of #GojiPowerMix. • Instructions: Melt the chocolates in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Line the sheet pan with parchment or wax paper. The key is low heat. Pour the melted chocolate over the parchment paper and spread it out. Sprinkle the Power Up mix over the chocolate. Set aside for a few hours and put it in the fridge.
