Love yourself & take care of your mind, body and spirit because the entire family needs YOU. ❤️The clients & students that I have worked with schedule their workouts into their weekly schedule just like any other important meeting. This is the meeting for your health so you can improve your strength, health & peace. ❤️You don’t have to be rich or hire a personal trainer to take a power walk or to do a 20-30min workout in your living room, so no excuses. ❤️When you take care of yourself then you are stronger & more capable of taking care of everything & everyone else.❤️Be kind to yourself, you’re doing your best.
