Ova smjesa na 100g ima: 20 uh, 13 m i 13 p. Designed to help athletes, bodybuilders and gym rats achieve their best exercise performance and recovery. There are 3 phases in the nutrient timing based on muscle, its nutritional requirements, and its recovery demands for best strength and endurance results. •Energy Phase (pre & peri workout) •Anabolic Phase (post 45 minutes of workout) •Growth Phase (rest of the day) The Energy Phase Muscle glycogen is the primary fuel (followed by fat) used by the body during workout. The depletion of glycogen is also a major factor in acute muscle weakness and reduced force production. The need for carbs is higher during energy phase. Cortisol levels are increasing, insulin levels decreasing, and glycogen levels are becoming depleted, making the energy phase catabolic. Energy phase goals are to increase nutrient delivery to muscles, spare glycogen and protein loss, limit immune system suppression and prepare nutritionally for a faster recovery! •The Anabolic Phase A critical phase occurring within 45 minutes post workout. During this time muscle cells are more sensitive to insulin, making it necessary to ingest the proper nutrients in order to make gains, endurance and strength. If the same nutrients are ingested 2 - 4 hours post workout, they will not have the same effect. Anabolic hormones begin working to repair the muscle and decrease its inflammation. Ingestion of carbs is important because insulin sensitivity causes the muscle cell membranes to be more permeable to glucose immediately after workout. This results in faster glycogen storage and provides the body with enough glucose to initiate the recovery process. Muscle glycogen stores are replenished the fastest within the first hour after exercise. Consuming carbs within an hour after exercise also helps to increase protein synthesis.
