PLEASE READ Sometimes in life you have to be your own happiness. Even when you feel dragged down by the words of someone you love or by others who are trying to make you feel unworthy, you have to dig deep down inside and fight for yourself respect and dignity even when someone made you feel as if you are unworthy. I think we all want others to validate our feelings, especially our loved ones and when it’s not happening we want to punish ourselves or ask how can we fix how someone thinks of us. It’s in the moment you realize that you will not allow that person to have power over you that you truly can start your journey to feeling more happy. That journey can be incredibly painful but building inner strength day by day can lead to that inner happiness. ❤️💪🏽

WANT A TINY WAIST? Train Back & Shoulders! One key way to make the waist appear smaller is to develop a strong upper back and defined rear delts. These two workouts target the muscles to grow and tone the upper body so that you can develop that V-taper where the waist starts to look tinier and tinier in comparison. 1) 4X15-20 seated V-rope cable pull - squat above or at parallel - chest up, abs tight, back straight - pull and pause at full contraction (imagine pinching your back muscles together to cover your spine) 2) 4X15-20 Standing Lat Pushdowns - keep chest up, abs tight, back straight - arms full extended, no bend in elbow - go up in weight each set as tolerated Song: @camelphatmusic “Panic Room”

Back in the US and ready to grind! Current Goal: tighten up in the next 6 weeks. If you don’t set rigid goals with firm time frames, you are way more likely to lose focus, motivation and stall your progress. Even if you don’t have a specific reason, set goals for yourself in 4-6 weeks time frames so that you can stay on track. If you give yourself “a couple months” to reach a goal, the urgency goes away, along with the focus and determination.
