Sweet potato everything but the bagel latkes 🤔 May need to think of a new name for these guys but they came out perfect! ✨ Along the side of a running yolk, smoked salmon and greens😍hello dream breakfast. 🍠 Latkes >> one medium sweet potato shredded up on my mandolin, one large egg, two tbsp of @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning, 1 tbsp cassava flour, and a handful of fresh chives chopped thin. Drained a lot of the water out of the sweet potato using cheese cloth for extra crispiness. Fried up in avocado oil.
It’s #toasttuesday y’all! 😝 I’ve gotten pretty routine with this sweet potato toast set up. 1️⃣with avocado and @traderjoes everything but the bagel 2️⃣with @justins almond butter, fresh nectarines & @manitobaharvest hemp hearts 3️⃣ fried egg 🍳 topped with salt and pepper ALL next to a big bed of arugula 🌱
✨ This kale Caesar with salmon and @thedefineddish garlicky pecan crumbles was the best work from home lunch I have ever made, and it took maybe fifteen minutes. 😍🙌🏻 @primalkitchenfoods Caesar dressing on the kale & @traderjoes everyday seasoning on the salmon 🔥 Pecans were chopped up and toasted with some garlic powder and @bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast for a yummy crunch 🥗
About those breakfast tacos 🌮😍 • @sietefoods cassava flour tortillas • fried eggs 🍳 • avocado 🥑 • @nstomatoes sunburst tomato salsa • pickled onions • @farmingturtles micro greens • @manitobaharvest hemp hearts • @traderjoes everything but the bagel • It was my first time trying @sietefoods tortilla and I see what all the fuss is about, they were so good!! I want to try all the different flavors now 🙃 Hope you all are having a wonderful Wednesday.
✨ Cauliflower cinnamon oats 🍓with @bearnakedgranola ((v’nilla almond)) strawberries & blueberries, crushed sunflower seeds all over and extra cinnamon on top. For oats ➡️ I prepared oats as normal, then filled my ninja with frozen cauliflower, tons of cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg, a little homemade maple syrup and cashew milk then blended until creamy. Add cauliflower mixture to oats once the oats have been removed from heat and are setting. 🌻
Turmeric curry 🍛✨🌶 throw back to this tasty weekend night dinner that was quick & easy. It was also a clean out the fridge dinner so a WIN WIN. #details ➡️ roasted sweet potatoes, matchstick rainbow carrots, jasmine rice and chicken poached in my turmeric chicken bone broth 🤩 Broth >> two cups of bone broth, 1 tbsp of turmeric, half tbsp of curry, cumin, paprika, and chili powder, three smashed garlic cloves, two chunks of ginger, half cup water, the juice of a lemon and salt & pepper to taste
