CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! HI GUYS, I need your help with accountability. Today I’m making a promise to myself & to all of you... #ipromise30days of self love! I want to push myself to take time out of every day to do something positive for my mental health and well being. . Every day I will update this caption with what activity I did and I’ll post it on my story as well. If anyone wants to do this with me, I highly encourage it, we can motivate each other! . Some easy physical activity and time outdoors. Being inside too much gets me feeling in a drag, and I know I need to continue to exercise in some form more. day 2 - got myself a new book. looking forward to reading and learning something new everyday. day 3 - spent some time with my friends. It gets so easy for me as an introvert to spend all my time alone and become a recluse. Seeing them instantly lifts my mood and motivates me. day 4 - paid for a stranger’s lunch. cause why not? doing things for others makes me feel better. day 5 - took ziggy out for a walk. it wasn’t very long because the heat is discouraging, but he was happy and I got some exercise.
