Here’s some Monday Motivation! Say goodbye to bingo wings! Women ask me all the time how do I tone my triceps. Try these three body weight exercises that you can do anyway with no equipment required. The first two moves your are putting your entire upper body weight into one arm. You should feel your triceps burning after 5 reps. Keep your hips on the mat, and just tilt your upper body. Try and keep your chest open and your shoulders square to the front.. The third exercise is the triangle push up, make a diamond with your hands and only lower your body down half way to feel your triceps engage. You can also modify this by doing the push up on your knees. 1️⃣ Three sets of 15-20 reps on each side 2️⃣ Three sets of 15-20 reps on each side 3️⃣ Three sets of 10 reps @bbsstudio @aloyoga @newtonrunning

I spoke on the panel today @begrander summit in Boston. It was a day filled with inspirational women. From Olympic athletes, to entrepreneurs in health and wellness. So many stories resonated with me. Each woman at some point had to overcome obstacles on their road to success. Often after great disappointment or loss. The ongoing message, follow your passion and be prepared to work harder than you ever have. This quote, “Impossible is an opinion” stood out for me. Fitness Friday! Legs part 3: posterior chain. Hamstrings and glutes on 🔥 I am using my BBS circle band. These exercises can be done without the band. Try and keep the same tempo on all of these exercises. Slow and steady wins the race on this one. Be sure to fire from your glutes and not throw your leg up using the momentum of your hips. 1️⃣ Three sets of 20 reps 2️⃣ Three sets of 20 reps 3️⃣ Three sets of 10-12 reps All exercises to be done on both sides. 🍑 🍑 @bbsstudio outfit @aloyoga

Workout Wednesday! Legs day part 2: abductors You beauties asked for more outer thigh exercises, so here you go. I am using my BBS circle band available for sale from my website. Be sure to keep your hips stacked on top of one another, keep your toes in line with your shoulders and draw your navel to spine. The key is to always keep the resistance in the band, never let it get slack.
