When you've been training non-stop for 22 years, it's the only way to stay in the game. You also get some nice upper back (thoracic spine) mobility work on the side presses. ➖➖➖➖ 📝Do each move for 10 reps with little to no rest between moves: ➖➖➖➖ 1. OMEGA♎️Side Presses- Left Side 2.
