Good morning friends! Happy Saturday! My goodness, it is a beautiful day, overcast and all! It is a beautiful thing when we can see the beauty in life. When we can look at a dreary overcast day and still marvel in Gods handy work. 😍 I won’t lie, I woke up kind of cranky 😠 but after a couple cups of my and my 5 minute Savvy face, I feel like a new girl! I am grateful for my coffee, my husband, and the cooler weather. I am also super grateful for my kiddo who is teaching an emoji oil class this morning. Have you started your gratitude journal yet? . . Maybe it’s because I’m getting older but I get so excited to write in my gratitude journal every day! It’s a couple minutes I take for myself every morning and night to reflect and notice how blessed my life truly is! Gratitude journaling really helps with relieving anxiety, depression and stress. When you take the time everyday to quiet your mind and focus on the little things that bring you joy you begin to shift your energy. If you were to start making lists of things you have complains about, it would be endless. But the good news is, if you start making a list of things you are grateful for even that would be never ending. Only two things exist, the physical body and the consciousness, if we start listening to the mind and start taking notes, there is no end to it. Know that you are consciousness and your body alone. Yoga for the body and powerful cognitions to expand your consciousness is enough. Your body is constantly reinventing itself, if you allow it to. Every day new cells are formed and your body is changing, you are evolving. But we want to reminisce and have either the old body back or hold on to the identity we have created about us. We have so many cognitions about ourselves, these hang ups don't let us be who we can be every morning. These powerless cognitions keep us stuck with dissatisfaction about our body, the world, situations, relationships and life. Every sunrise is a new day, new body, and an expanded consciousness. Accept your body as it is presents itself, each day. It is very intelligent, it will change, evolve and heal itself the way you want it to. Drop the lower identity you carry about you, situations and people in your life will change the way you want them to. You are here to evolve, change and move forward the way you want to. It is all about saying yes to life and moving forward with a grateful heart. ❤️ . I am grateful to my body, my mother and my experience of motherliness with others and my Guru, my Swamiji. . On my morning commute every morning I ask my daughter what’s she’s grateful for. Since she’s with her dad today I thought I’d share what I’m grateful. Beside waking up this morning, my health, my family and friends I’m grateful for this right here. Do you know they call coconut trees “the tree of life” ? I was amazed to find over 1,500 Heath benefits along with 77 different ways for its use. cooking/baking, a beauty product and even used as a cleaning product. Get rid of those chemicals and toxins in your house and get your hands on some coconut oil!

Then I remembered my happy place and then I couldn’t stop thinking about it with all the rain this week, so as soon as a glimpse of sun came out this morning, Bondi and I made our way here.
