🕑6/19/18 On Tuesdays, we transform! Photos are exactly 1 year apart, in dIfferent but similar hotel rooms 🤣 If you are not currently taking before/after or progress photos, I suggest you start! Because at some point the scale won’t move, even when you’re doing all the right things. But your body will be changing like you wouldn’t believe! I’m speaking from experience here 😏 Don’t give up! Here’s my belly edition of Transformation Tuesday 😉 To the left is me on airplane with my friends to Vegas . As you can see how that tray was sitting against my belly. I was over 300 lbs and uncomfortable. To the right is me today in my car with of course Margie 🐶. I’m 135.6 lbs lighter and counting since starting WW on 2/28/17. Sitting comfortably in my car. Comfortable love are the best to describe how I feel towards myself. Do I have days where I struggle? Heck yes!! I move forward and stay on my path 👍🏼😊. Stay awesome 😉😊😃!! #weightwatchers

1lb weight loss this week. To be honest I’m happy with that. After last weeks massive weight loss due to illness, I mess concerned that just going back to eating anything this week would create a weight gain. And then I had a meal out as well at the weekend. Grilled mango chicken with cucumber and corriander rice. 🙌🌸 Slice 2 chicken breasts in half horizontally and put the 4 pieces into a marinade of 100g of fat-free Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp of mango chutney, 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 crushed clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Leave in the fridge for as long as possible before grilling for 8-10 minutes per side. 2 syns for the mango chutney in the marinade plus another 2 for the bit on the side. 💛 #weightwatchers

i forgot to post my mid morning snack- banana, almond butter {3sp} unsweetened coconut & 5gms of chocolate chips {1sp}. Posting everything is really helping me get back on track! This + breakfast / lunch puts me at 21/41 for the day. and yes, i eat all (or most!) of my points because nursing makes me hungryyyy.

🍔Burgare till kvällsmat idag 👌🏻 Gjorde egen dressing och blev sjukt nöjd faktiskt 😍 2 tsk majonnäs, 2 msk bostongurka, 2 tsk felix ketchup mindre salt & socker, 1 tsk tomatpuré, lite svartpeppar och ca 0,5 dl grekisk yoghurt 0 % fett 👌🏻 3 sp och det smakar nästan som äkta vara 😜 Använde fiberrost istället för hamburgerbröd idag för 5 sp och 5 % nötfärs för 5 sp 👍🏻 Hållt mig på banan 4 dagar nu, känns riktigt bra i kroppen 💪🏻😃 #weightwatchers
