I must say.... I've been grinding in the gym and in the kitchen for several months now and I didn't think I was getting major results until I looked at this picture and realized two weeks ago I couldn't zip these pants let alone wear them with a crop top. 31 lbs lighter and I feel goooooood..... Off to a gym date this morning! I truly truly believe it's easier to lose weight if you have an accountability partner. Unfortunately my favorite accountability partner is in Ohio...and also I'm pretty sure I can't keep up with her in the gym 😂 So I'm meeting up with my girl Rachel for some Starbucks and elliptical! My chiropractor still wants me to take it easy after the accident so I'm still not doing weights but hopefully soon!! In the meantime I've decided to make my elliptical time more fun by bringing company. Except when I run. Running is a solo act for me because I get in my head listening to Eminem and throwing shade at people I've never heard of because I'm old 🙈 Ok. Off to ruin my hair and makeup. Have a great day!

Hi! I haven't been around in a while. Here's a cute picture of my dog from our morning walk. . Last week I tried fasting every other day and it was a disaster. This week I'm back to my standard two 48 hour fasts a week and a 5-8 hour eating window on my non fasting days. I am quickly closing in on my first big goal of losing 10% of my starting weight. . . . #weightloss
