Worst deadlift day in memory? Plan: 435 6x2 What happened: 435: 1,1,1 405: 1,1,1 315 beltless 3x3 Everything felt a lot heavier today and I was having problems getting set and maintaining tightness — in order to maintain form and safety, I decided to omit the 2nd reps then decrease weight in order to get some work done... Too long to post all my suspicions but foremost I’m thinking my 8 week caloric deficit has caught to my powerlifting plans. I had a fantastic bench day Wednesday so a bit surprised today, but then remembered my past few weeks of slow eccentric squats have been hitting me hard in terms of recovery time needed. The beltless 315’s moved nicely so I think my brain was out of sync on the setup /tighter belt may have made me miss a cue in my usual routine?? AAARRRGGG, but I know days like this happen occasionally and I’ll focus on proper recovery the next few days — definitely increasing calories again this week — despite the past 4 weeks reverse diet and several re-feed (Keto) meals I continued to lose weight this week — I think that is a sign that I miscalculated the initial calorie deficit : I have several weeks to get back to my baseline yet....the plan has taught me numerous valuable points — I plan to continue long term, I look forward to increasing calories (in a controlled/ reverse diet fashion) — I definitely have a greater appreciation of what a 100 calorie deficit or excess really means in terms of energy during training and fat loss.

It take a man who is humble and wise to realize that women live longer on average than men. Woman are true superheroes with mutant strength. I should know, my beautiful mother birth two baby boys, went through all that pain and sickness for nine months and raised me on my own, all by her self with no help from a man. We had to be on welfare and live in the ghetto of Cleveland, Ohio. Cleveland is always on the show 48, there is prostitution on every corner and even under the apartment we lived in. There was crack dealers and drug heads. You can never walk at night and you always have to be strap, because off the people that want to be like 2pac in juice, or they just kill you for their gang initiation. I ended up dropping out of high school. I had literally nobody to point me in the correct directions. My mom didn't finish high school either, so she wasn't much help. Her weight was over 300 pounds, because eating is how She medicated herself so She could feel happy. She always laid in the bed asking me for food or drink, because it was hard for her to get up with all her health problem, but I had to do it out of love. Love which is the most important thing and above all that she's my mom and FAMILY. You only get one. Eventually, she had a surgery called gastric bypass. She survived the operation, lost wait, but still has problem, so I just pray, because faith, hope, love, and believing right really works. I still believe in miracles. I've always thought women are smarter too, but I'm more wise! Lol The point is there is no problem to difficult to woman up. Pull yourself together! All you woman are still a wonder. You are wonder woman get up, use that power, and the be the best you I know you can! I believe in you and you need to too. Use the power hero!😍🔥❤💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪 Killed it!!!
