Hi everyone! My name is Larrissa and I am VEGAN! I am newly vegan, only about 7 months now. But in those 7 months, so many amazing things have happened! I have lost over 60lbs! I have never felt better. But as I move further down this new path, my eyes are being opened to so many things. I am learning why being vegan isn’t only beneficial for me but it’s is just as important ethnically and environmentally. So I am on a mission to not only transform my body, but to do my part in becoming a little more responsible for my place on this earth! fit#

💥Vegan Pre- & Post-Workout! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Who of you is obsessed with optimizing pre and post workout nutrition? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let me free you from that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You don‘t have to run to the locker room to drink a protein shake within 30 min. of your workout. You don‘t even have to perfectly time your pre-workout! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you‘re interested in building the body you desire you first gotta take care of: a good workout routine, a daily calorie/macro/portion framework, good sleep and not too much stress. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pre- and post-workout nutrition comes way after that! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So you can definitely train fasted & get some protein & fast carbs in your system post workout, but you can also .. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ do the exact opposite! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It makes sense to have some good protein every 4-6h and you‘re good to go. So if you ate 2h before your workout, you can eat 2-3h after your workout! I've filmed an annoyingly healthy "what I eat in a day video" today 🙃. This was my lunch, and I know it doesn't look very big, but it was huge. I had a honeydew melon with oranges, physalis, shredded coconut and chia seeds. I also had a pre lunch snack of these flaxseed crackers which I made from scratch. Since when do I ever make anything from scratch 🙃 They're my new favourite thing though, I've had 5 today 🤷‍♀️ These ones were topped with tomatoes, beetroot and spring onions.
