Had all the Goldilocks feels today 🍯 Not only did I go blonde-R, but had to test out a bunch of different weights for preacher curls! . I post a lot of PRs and successes so let me show you a good in my first video. I couldn’t even get 35lbs up for one rep! 🤷🏻‍♀️ . In the second video, you’ll see that 20lbs was just way too easy for 15 reps. 🤦🏻‍♀️ . And in the last video, you can see that it was super challenging, but somewhat do-able for me at 30lbs. Who knew 5lbs could feel like 50?!💁🏻‍♀️ . Plan for next time is to start at 25lbs and see how we progress! 🙋🏻‍♀️ . . #UpperBody
