El control neuronal influye en la producción de fuerza maxima de un músculo al determinar cuáles y cuántas unidades motoras participan (son activadas) en una contracción muscular (reclutamiento) y la velocidad a la que se activan esas unidades motoras (frecuencia de estímulo). Generalmente, la fuerza muscular es mayor cuando: 1. Se activan más unidades motoras en una contracción. 2. Las unidades motoras son más grandes. 3. Just wrapped up teaching my first @smarttoolsusa level 1 BFR course. Lots of questions about Performance BFR. Here’s one way to use BFR to improve performance. Ischemic preconditioning uses high pressures to repeatedly expose the muscle tissues to hypoxia without any muscle contractions. This can improve defenses towards subsequent bouts of damaging exercise like eccentrics. 🗝🗝 #rehabilitation

@johnnywags40 with @get_repost ・・・ Last Saturday, I hurt my ribs pretty bad making a tackle. It's so hard not working out regularly or at the intensity I wish I could. Not like showing and teaching exercise is the main part of my job or anything..... 😠 It'll be a bit yet until I can hit some of my favorite big lifts like cleans, deads, squats, etc... But until then, these lighter workouts will have to do. Mark my words, I'll be back to being big and strong again! Here are a few from today hitting the lower body. It's important to focus on hip and glute movements that'll provide stability and control. Working all movements of the lower body is crucial in correcting imbalances and helping with long term fitness. Give these a try or message me to learn how to implement them into your program!
