ADAPTAÇÕES FISIOLÓGICAS DO TREINAMENTO AERÓBICO 🏃‍♂️ @cienciadoexercicio_br (@get_repost) ・・・ @gustavomonneratphd with @get_repost ・・・ A prática de exercícios aeróbicos promove diversas respostas agudas que, quando repetidas a longo prazo, se transformam em adaptações fisiológicas benéficas para a saúde e melhoram o desempenho cardiorrespiratório . Dentre os inúmeros mecanismos pelos quais o treinamento aeróbico promove adaptações, podemos citar a hipertrofia fisiológica do coração, onde um crescimento excêntrico celular promove o aumento da câmera cardíaca e uma maior capacidade de bombeamento de sangue, aspecto chave da aptidão esportiva e longevidade . Já nos músculos, podemos observar o processo de formação de novas mitocôndrias e o aumento da expressão e função de enzimas oxidativas, fornecendo assim uma maior capacidade de utilizar o oxigênio e substratos energéticos durante a prática esportiva. Além disso, exercícios aeróbicos promovem um processo chamado de angiogênese, onde novos vasos são formados na musculatura, aumentando a capacidade de transportar oxigênio e retirar metabólitos . Para quem tiver interesse, esses tópicos e possíveis aplicações práticas serão discutidos em um curso que irei lançar com o pessoal da @_onecare e @fitmetrainer em março do ano de 2018 no RJ e, quem sabe em outros locais do Brasil . #performance

- Week 11: Pushup Challenge - What is a great functional exercise? The Pushup. What are some benefits of doing pushups? * Great for your core (if done properly) * Great for your upper body (chest, shoulders, back and triceps) * Help you become stronger. - Here is the challenge for week 11. There will be 1 male winner and 1 female winner. Both winners will receive a “Sammy: Train Grow Inspire” t-shirt of their choice and a 30 minute one-on-one FaceTime call to answer questions or help your fitness journey in any way I can. - The rules: - 1. Post a 60 second video of you performing as many pushups as you can in 60 seconds. Technique counts. Basic pushup. No knees on the floor. Chest needs to get within a few inches of the floor. Back remains straight, no high hips. Elbows must lock out at the top. - 2. Use the hashtag in your caption and tag me with your video with your score. - 3. Contest ends Sunday, July 29th, 2018 at 4pm EST. Winner will be notified the following day. - The goal is to challenge yourself and have fun. This challenge may put you in an uncomfortable situation. “I can’t do pushups.” “My form sucks.” “I don’t want to be on video.” I’ve heard it all. - Being uncomfortable can help you grow and improve yourself.
