Fasting is very beneficial for fat loss & health BUT... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It can definitely be abused very quickly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To see how to include this technique into your lifestyle, swipe left 👆🏻👆🏻 & read below 👇🏻👇🏻. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A few benefits of fasting include: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Increased insulin sensitivity Improved gut health Reduced inflammation Improved metabolic function Reduced caloric intake ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The negative repercussions surface when the purpose of fasting is focused around the last benefit.... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Reducing caloric intake. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While fasting, you cut all calories out for a specific amount of time.
