This thing is so easy to adapt to taste (ie sub out apple for banana, and crans and almonds for seeds or nuts on hand, add spices, whatever!). I prefer less powder but have tried up to two and it works. Let me know what you think!

🍋 LEMON MERINGUE PIE PROTEIN OATY BARS 🍋 ☆ ☆ ☆ Ingredients: 🍋 2 cups of gluten, wheat & milk free oats 🍋 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 🌴 🍋 4 tbsp of honey 🍯 🍋 White chia seeds 🍋 Flax & chia seed blend 🍋 Squeeze of fresh lemon 🍋 2 tbsp of coconut oil 🌴 🍋 1 sachet of Lemon meringue pie whey protein powder @time4nutrition 💪 ☆ Method: 🍋 Preheat the oven to 180 and line a brownie tin with baking paper. 🍋 In a large saucepan, melt coconut oil with the honey on a medium heat. 🍋 Add all the ingredients to the saucepan, starting with the oats. 🍋 Once it's well combined and smooth, remove from the heat and stir. 🍋 Transfer to the brownie tin and press down as firmly as possible to create a flat, even layer. 🍋 Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown. I take out half way through to press down. If you like them softer like i do. Dont cook for the full 15 mins and keep an eye on them. They always harden when they are cold. 🍋 Leave to cool completely before cutting into 12 bars. Keep in an air-tight tin for up to a week. Enjoy! ☆ ☆ ☆ #oatbars

Μπάρες με ξηρούς καρπούς και μαύρη σοκολάτα. 🥜 Ένα τέλειο σνακ για αυτούς που επιθυμούν μια γλυκιά λιχουδιά χωρίς ζάχαρη αλλά και χωρίς τύψεις. ΥΛΙΚΑ: • 100 γρ. Αμύγδαλα σπασμένα • 5 φοινίκια • 1 μπανάνα • 2 κτλ. σούπας γάλα καρύδας • 4 κτλ. σούπας βρώμη • 1 κτλ. σούπας κομματάκια από οργανική μαύρη σοκολάτα 1 κτλ. σούπας σπόρους flax • 1 κτλ. γλυκού κανέλα • 1 κτλ. λάδι καρύδας • 2 κτλ. σούπας τρούφα καρύδας • 1 κτλ. σούπας κολοκυθόσπορους • 1 κτλ. σούπας μέλι ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ: • Ρίχνουμε σε ένα μπολ τα σπασμένα αμύγδαλα, βρώμη, σοκολάτα, κανέλα, τρούφα καρύδα, flax σπόρους, κολοκυθόσπορους και το μέλι. • Ακολούθως, ρίχνουμε σε ένα μίξερ την μπανάνα, γάλα καρύδας και τα φοινίνια • Αναμειγνύουμε καλά τα δυο μείγματα και βάζουμε λίγο λάδι καρύδας. • Τα βάζουμε σε ένα τετράγωνο δοχείο (πατώντας το καλά, μέχρι όλες οι επιφάνειες να είναι ίσες). • Το βάζουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο στου 180 C για περίπου 25 λεπτά • Στη συνέχεια αφήστε τα να κρυώσουν και κόψετε τα σε κομμάτια • Διακοσμήστε τις μπάρες σας, με λίγη λιωμένη μαύρη οργανική σοκολάτα και φυστικοβουτηρο (Προαιρετικά - μπορείτε να τα διασμήσετε με ότι επιθυμείτε). . @athinakadi οι μπάρες που λέγαμε 👨‍🍳
