Great back for one of our (Lisa Smith) after her little holiday. TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 💪🏻🤸🏻‍♀️ . . . I’ve been an athlete all my life and I did not have any UPPER BODY STRENGTH what so ever! I would did Crossfit for 3 years and didn’t get the strength I was looking fore. I would struggled during Crossfit and was wondering WHY I am not gaining the strength since I am lifting almost every day during that time. I couldn’t even do a push up from my toes while I was doing that! CRAZY, RIGHT?! . . . Well, I found something that worked for me and it’s these home work outs. I am stronger than I ever been in all the workout I’ve done from Cross Fit, personal training, weight lifting anything there was I’ve tried! Since I started my journey almost 9 months ago, I can do push ups from my toes, side planks with pulls and I can do the tricep push ups! I am not only physically stronger, but also mentally too! . . . So why wait ONE DAY and make it your DAY ONE! I still have open enrollment going on for my Sept 3rd Bootcamp called Fall into Fitness!
