Por segunda vez en este año, hemos logrado bajar de 61kgs (La Primera vez fue en Marzo para el GFNY, en ese entonces llegamos a 60.5kgs), nos encontramos al 5.7% de grasa. Estamos a dos semanas de los y todo indica que podremos llegar a un 5.3-5.5% y acercarnos a los 59Kgs. El reto está en seguir perdiendo peso moviendo la misma potencia.....
