Why you should be intermittent fasting? I totally DISAGREE with this. (Full vidéo on IGTV) . I can't imagine this being good. Honestly, when you starve yourself for 16 hours, your body will enter survival mode and your metabolism will slow down rapidly, causing you to gain more fat in the long run but also your concentration will be extremely affected. . . What I believe is that meal timing should be based on what makes YOU feel best. I don’t think you need to eat every 2 hours. And I don’t think you need to fast.Your muscles will not melt away if you don’t eat super frequently. . . What you DO need to do is LISTEN to your body and learn when you are ACTUALLY hungry and respond to it. . . I am a strong believer that you need to make sure, no matter how frequently you eat, you’re getting enough PROTEIN each and every day! In my option get more protein a day is the key. . . Meal timing should be based on what makes YOU feel AMAZING! . ARE YOU READY FOR A 7-DAY MINI TRANSFORMATION OF YOUR OWN? . ARE YOU READY TO TAKE ACTION? .
