전날 번개 추추런 후 급 기분좋아 음주를 하고 못 일어날꺼 같아서 밤새고 참가한 30km 완주만 하자는 마음으로 송도 도착 막상 주로에 서니 급 흥분 오늘 따라 잘 달려지고 내 자전거가 이렇게 빨랐나? 하면서 열심히 페달지 16키로 지점에서 종아리에 쥐가 팍~~ㅡㅜ 종아리 달래가면서 완주 진짜 코치님이랑 똑같은 사람 봐서 완전 반가웠는데 다른 사람 그래도 반갑게 인사해 줘서 감사감사 완주 후 관계자가 30km부분 15등 이라고 하네ㅎㅎ 내년에는 3일전 금주 후 숙면 하기 50km 도전하기 듀마스터 메달이 탐난다 @moon.youngsun 언제 한번 보여주세요^^ 고기를 바라보는 눈빛은 언제나 옳다ㅎ #letyourmindrunfree

DON’T RUN, trust me, there will be plenty of that soon enough. Running too much too soon is not only a top cause of injury, it also contributes to early burnout. You’re a runner but that doesn’t mean you have to run everyday! Let’s ease into it! Also, did you know it’s important to give your running shoes a rest day too? More on that later. For today, pick something low impact that gets you sweating for at least 30 minutes. Swim, Spin, Dance, Pilates, etc. The goal for today is to give those running muscles a rest but still giving our lungs & heart a push. Be creative! Post your workout in the comments to give others some inspo! . . 🏆Do your best to make it great. My journey with running has been full of highs and lows and gut-wrenching heartache and heart-bursting happiness, sharing miles with some of the best people I know. It’s had me lose several toenails at once, come to understand that merino socks are a necessity in Edmonton winter and that my worth as a human is not tied to the time on the garmin at the end of the race, run or day. Most of all it’s brought me joy and peace and quite truthfully has gifted me opportunities I never dreamed of. What a treat and an absolute pleasure to share parts of this with this group of courageous women just starting their running journey.
