. My kind of nightcap.. . Opti-greens 50! . Why? . It's equivalent to eating 11+ servings of vegetables. I don't like most vegetables and even if I did buy enough for what my body needs, I'd be throwing it out and wasting money anyways. We all do it. Who hasn't seen the meme about buying the spring mix just to end up throwing it out?! . These greens also include a blend of superfoods, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. It helps with digestion, reduces bloating, gives you natural energy, better skin, and so much more. . My greens cocktail consists of 4 oz OJ, 4 oz water, 1/2 scoop of lemonade BCAA, 1 scoop of glutamine, and last but certainly not least, 2 scoops of opti-greens 50! No words can describe the constant battle that goes on within your head when trying to change your life through fitness 👙 You train when you are tired & sore 💪 you choose tilapia over pizza most days, protein shakes over sodas/beer 🍴 This journey/lifestyle really pushes you to your limits, both physically & mentally. I've cried, laughed and doubted my ability to be able to do this. There are days I THINK about throwing in the towel. Then I remember that it's doesn't matter what I do with my life, all these battles come with life itself. I LOVE❤️ fitness, training & nutrition. The fact that I can control my body instead of it taking control of me is a victory in itself. I have come so far from that 200 pound girl who hid in her house. Slow concentrated reps on the Hack Squat today after doing lunges, squats and leg curls. REMEMBER....it is VERY important to put muscles through a TIME-UNDER-TENTION phase for increase muscle growth every and to get those muscles fibers firing🔥🔥🔥 Doesn't have to be heavy weight...but just enough weight to do 6-10 reps taking about 6-10sec both up and down. Through in some chest again after yesterdays chest workout...and finished of with 20min on the treadmill burning 350 cal. @ 2.2 miles then finished of on the for 5 (3min rounds) GREEAAAAAT WORKOUT!! @yellowstonenutra @zp_challenge @1stphorm @onedream_athletics @division_supply #legionofboom

This week’s meal-prep. Last week’s meals were ok but they definitely didn’t taste as good by the end of the week, lol. Trying my hand at some “staples” this week! 🍽 Meal 1 - Phormula-1 Loop D Fruit w/Opti-Greens50 & Micro-Factor multi-vitamin (P: 23g F: 10g C: 8g) 🍽 Meal 2 - Traveling Breakfast Tortillas (P: 21g F: 12g C: 26g) 🍽 Meal 3 - Honey Mustard Chicken w/Long Grain Brown Rice (P: 43g F: 3g C: 66g) 🍽 Meal 4 - Undecided 🍽 Meal 5 - Level-1 cinnamon cookie batter flavor (P: 24g F: 2.5g C: 7g) 🍽 I had some issues with recovery this week so I opt’d to have my “big carb” meal in the middle of the day instead of having low carb from lunch to bedtime. 🍽 Shoot me a DM if you’re looking for ideas with meal-prepping or recipes in general. #legionofboom
