Remember Bruce Lee the King of Kung Fu! Bruce Lee died at July 20 of July 1973 I know I am two days late I just haven't found the time for this post. Bruce Lee is an icon of the Martial Arts Film whose influence is still felt 45 years after his death in the Martial Arts world. He is known mainly for his Kung Fu movies but made some others too. He appeared in over 20 movies in Hong Kong before the age of 18. His first movie appearance had the at the time very small dragon ( they call him Li Xiao Long small dragon in China) as Baby in the film "Golden Gate Girl" in 1941. From 1966 to 1967 Lee starred as Kato alongside Van Williams in "The Green Hornet" and had three crossover episodes in "Batman". The role of Kato led to guest appearances in other shows like "Ironside" (1967), "Here Comes the Bride"(1969) and " Blondie" (1969). Lee hat guest appearances in the shows "Marlowe" and "Longstreet". He did the fight choreography for the 1971 Film " A Walk In The Spring Rain" starring Hollywood legend Ingrid Bergman and Anthony Quinn. Disappointed with his supporting roles in the US, Bruce went 1971 back to Hong Kong where he got the lead role in "The Big Boss". The film was a huge hit and made Bruce famous overnight. Well, the rest is history... 4 other Kung Fu followed. A 5th film " The Game of Death" was already in production when Lee passed away. Lee died of an allergic reaction to Asprin at the age of 32.
