I'm not usually one to comment on advice from other people in the fitness industry.. - However... - I very recently had someone say "oh so I can eat fruit, I wasn't allowed any before" - Excuse me what did you just say? - "Yeah i wasn't allowed it because of all the sugar in it" - 🙀🙊 ok... - Firstly the micronutrients your body receives from that "bad" fruit is irreplaceable! - Secondly the satiety you receive from fruit and the power it has to satisfy your sweet tooth (which will help you resist 4 bars of chocolate at night) is far more beneficial to you than not eating a bloody apple. - Thirdly guys fruit contains fibre which WILL actually dull insulin secretion. - And lastly...sugar is NOT responsible for you being overweight or not having biceps or not being shredded..over eating and eating processed crap is responsible. - No one got fat because they ate a few bits of fruit. - No one and I mean NO ONE with any actual nutritional knowledge will stop you feeding your body what it needs to be healthy..and you being healthy is what truly matters. You can look good on the outside but internally you can be unhealthy and even feel like shit! - Sorry for the rant guys and like I said not often one to get my back up, but were people's health matters then I'm gonna open my mouth and say something. - P.S. This is Noah’s “say cheese” face 😂😂

Today was a great day at Phil Graham’s mastermind it was filled with personal development gems, key points on how to run a personal training business, copyrighting and with 20 other like minded Pts in the room. There’s always something to learn. With one month left of the current mastermind I’ve invested heavily and been kept accountable day in and day out by Phil. His successes can be overwhelming at times but it shows me that anything is possible when you invest the right people. Be it a mentor or a personal trainer. I’ve been placing systems in since the last mastermind and over the next month my clients will see a massive difference in my service. There’s a lot of hard work and long nights ahead. But I know it’s going to be worth it long term 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻. The results speak for itself! Are you finding it hard to get results because of a lack of accountability? In reality, six-packs are made in the kitchen, not the gym, and doing countless sit-ups is more likely to result in a sore lower back than a six-pack. - You aren’t going to be able to see your abs if there a lot of body fat covering them. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) mobilises your fat cells but doesn’t oxidise them. However LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) is fantastic for oxidising fat calls. Combine the two for maximum results!
