INVERSIONS TUTORIAL TIME!! And today we are getting upside down 😊🙌 . Starting from the base: how to put your arms and head in headstand 😊 . I usually like to write "TRY TO do" and "TRY TO avoid" but in this case I really think you have to do these things so you can protect your neck 🙏 . It is really important that you keep your elbows shoulder appart because this will help you keep balance so much better and this will keep your neck much more protected 🙏 . This week is going to be headstand week and I have a lot of tutorials in mind 😊🙌 hope you like them!! . . I will probably do pincha next week 😊 . Upcoming tutorials will be: 1.
