Working the 🍑takes a lot of patience and a little creativity! Our glutes respond to volume more than weight. That’s not to say you should give up heavy Hip Thrusters (I actually did those first before I took this video) but You want to be sure you’re adding some lighter weight, high volume exercises to your booty routine to help with mechanics and blood flow! .
