I don’t always want to work out. And when I don’t feel like getting out of bed and putting my sneakers on, you know what motivates me? • Knowing that there are chicks in my accountability group watching me and I WILL NOT be the one who doesn’t show up! And why wouldn’t I show up? There are amazing people in there who have trusted me to walk beside them as they take on new challenges or revive healthy habits or to get back their old selves again. If I didn’t show up, I’d miss all of their victories like when they fit into pre-pregnancy clothes again, or have to buy heavier dumbbells because they’re gaining strength, or are feeling an energy gain because they’re sleeping better. Day 4/80 Before you know it, I'll have completed the programme. That's pretty much what I do, I pick a workout programme and follow it. I don't have to think, what am I doing today? I I don't have to leave my house. I don't have to find a babysitter. I don't have to get out my pjs. I don't have to worry about constantly running to the loo. (I drink plenty of water). I take 1 day at a time, 1 challenge at a time and deal with it. My next 21 day programme starts 1st October. 🎃 If you've thought about getting fitter, losing weight but don't know where to start or have excuses galore.
