Today we bring you the perfect 5 minute homemade healthy snack! This #healthyversion of store-bought energy balls full of unwanted ingredients is sooooo so simple. 🙌 * I didn’t follow a precise recipe this time, rather my gut! (Aka I stopped adding ingredients when the dough held together fine and tasted good to me...😂) * So, just add rolled oats, mix it with a pinch of salt and cacao powder if you want them chocolatey 🍫 (I didn’t add any here) then peanut butter 🥜 and honey🍯dried chopped up cranberries and prunes, coconut flakes 🥥 and almonds or any other nut and mix together until combined! 🤤 * If the mixture doesn’t stick together when you try to form a ball, add a little more honey and peanut butter. If it is too dry, try a splash of water or milk (coconut or almond milk goes really well)🥛🍶 if the mixture is too wet, add some more oats! * Once you get to the right texture, wrap the dough up in cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour ⏱ roll into balls and voila! Delicious energy balls 🤗👌😋 |

The macros for this creamer are insane! As much as I love a good PSL, I can't do coffee anymore....so instead I use black tea to give me that fall comfort without all the harsh side effects 🎃 . . . Tea version of PSL: 1 cup brewed black tea 2 TBSP @califiafarmspumpkin creamer 1 TBSP canned pumpkin 1-2 teaspoons of coconut sugar or maple syrup Pumpkin pie spice Cinnamon Add all ingredients except cinnamon to a blender, and blend on high until mixed, creamy, and frothy (you can also add some coconut oil or collagen to make it a little extra special). Pour into mug, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon and enjoy! . . . . . . . #healthyversion

Repost @kaliadamova ・・・ Miluji cheesecake, jenže ve všech těch krásných hipster kavárničkách je většinou vždy v kalorickém podání 🐽 a tak jsem to vyřešila takto 😍👌🏻 Recept: Borůvkový cheesecake Korpus: 100g ovesné vločky 100g datlová pasta 50g mandlí 1 váleček sladkého šmakouna(Švestka) Jelikož miluji chuť snickerdoodle proteinu od @pescience dala jsem 20g, ale nemusí být. Borůvková vrstva: 500g polotučný tvaroh 300g borůvky 10-15ČL erythritol 150ml vody 7g agaru Ingredience na korpus rozmixujeme. Nejprve vločky s mandlemi,pak vše ostatní dohromady. Vytvoříme kompaktní hmotu, kterou natlačíme do formy a dáme do lednice. Borůvky povaříme ve 150ml vody, osladíme erythritolem, rozmixujeme tyčovým mixérem, přidáme agar (pořádně rozmíchat!), jakmile dosáhne tekutina bodu varu, stáhneme z plamene a necháme vychladnout. Smícháme s tvarohem. Následně nalejeme na korpus a necháme ztuhnout v lednici. #healthyversion
