Homemade Jam On Toast 💖 You know when you just need a comforting breakfast? Jam on toast is that for me ✨ I love the sweetness of the jam combined with the crunchiness of the toast 🙌🏻 I love to make my own jam, it’s SO easy and so delicious 🍓 All you’ll need is 400g raspberries (I used frozen), 3 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 🥄 Add the raspberries to a saucepan over a low heat along with the lemon juice and maple syrup if you’re using it. Allow to heat gently until the raspberries go all gooey then remove from the heat and mash with a potato masher. Stir in the chia seeds and place over the heat again for a further 5 minutes, stirring regularly! Remove from the heat and allow to cool - the jam will thicken up in this time ✌🏼 Keep in an airtight container/jar and consume within 2 weeks 🌈

Wagyu beef tenderloin with Nepali style fried potatoes cooked on coconut oil. Recipes 👇🏽 ____________________ Pan Fried Steak 🥩 - Remove the tenderloin from refrigerator at least 20 minutes before cooking. Rub extra light olive oil and salt on both sides. - Heat skillet on medium-high heat and place the tenderloin in the middle. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare. - Transfer onto a plate. Sprinkle black pepper and pinch of salt. Allow to rest for 5 minutes then serve 🍴 ____________________ Cumin Potatoes/ Jeera Aloo 🥔 - Slice 1 regular sized potato. - Heat skillet on low-medium heat. Add 1 tea spoon of coconut oil and roast half teaspoon of cumin seeds until they turn black. - On the skillet spread the potato slices in a single layer. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. - Then add salt and turmeric powder. Turn the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
