Guess what we made??? . Creating adventure with fruits. When children see what they can make out of everyday fruits, they are "tempted" to eat them. . Eating fruits shouldn't be boring...we had another fun time with children from @portharcourtliterarysociety summer camp. Let's just say it was a blaaaaaasssttt!! . Never knew we had such a huge library for children and adults in Portharcourt and it is well managed...welldone @portharcourtliterarysociety . . #healthykids

Another berry smoothie bowl - becoming rather a habit! The kids moaned last time that it wasn’t sweet enough, so for them, as well as the oats, mixed nuts, berries and unsweetened almond milk, I added a banana. That sorted it out!
