What do you do when your body's telling you no? . . . I'm really realizing lately how important stretching and working on mobility is. . . . The last two weeks...push press has been killing my right calf. Today in the warmup...I felt a serious pull and spent time trying to stretch it out...tight muscles...huge knots in my calf. . . . I ended up modifying the workout...did 2000m row 40 wallballs 50 kettle bell swings 2200m row 3 mins of planks instead . . . I still worked out but I see that I need to spend alot of time on mobility...not young anymore...😋 I have to make the time to work it in...no excuse. How many of you really take the time to stretch and loosen up tight muscles?
