I may or may not have been known, when my kids were little, to yell from another room, "Bring me my Brain!" And they never batted an eye; they knew exactly what that meant. . Round up those scattered papers from your house, car or office and consolidate them in a 3-ring binder. This is where time management comes in. . Materials needed: 3-ring binder (1 or 1 1/2 inch), 3-hole puncher, tabbed dividers, and page protectors . Also, a binder is portable. How many times have you gone somewhere and needed information that was in a file at home? . Consider adding the following categories to your Brain: FOOD - Menus, grocery list, favorite recipes . - , daily , -do list, book, books to read, ideas . - Exercise tracker, wellness #habits and . PERSONAL INFORMATION for each family member - clothing and shoe sizes, and dates . AND INFO for each family member - vaccinations, issues, surgeries & dates, allergies, appointments, , doctor's name/address/phone . - planning, flight and hotel details, to-do list, attraction planning . - spiritual, prayer, meditation, life . PLANNING - , gift tracker, , , , planner, . - maintenance records, insurance info . NOTEBOOK PAPER - jot down or ideas and then move to appropriate category . Pick one category to start building your Brain. Hole punch papers and insert into your binder behind the appropriate tab. If you don't want holes in it or it's too small, pop it in a page protector. Work on it 15 minutes a day! Personalize it. Customize it. Make it yours! Do what works for YOU! . So, do you have a paper brain? Do you think this is something that will help you? PIECE OF ADVICE: you will never get what you wish for, you'll be wasting your time away waiting. You will though, without a doubt get what you work hard for everyday. If you want something bad enough you will do your personal best(no ones perfect), whatever that takes, no excuses no bullshit to stay committed to reaching your goals/results. No one is motivated 100% of the time. ¤ In saying that, our lives are all about convenience, how we can make things more time efficient and fit into our busy schedules. Here is an at home workout that can easily be fit into a busy day quickly. Committment means not saying "I'll just skip my workout today because I can't make it to the gym". It means adapting your workout to fit into your day still outside or at home using various equipment. This is about a 45 minute workout, and trust me your legs/glutes will be sore the next day just like you went to the gym. ¤ 1. Cable kick backs-4 sets x 12 reps/leg 2. Standing hydrants-4 sets x 8/leg 3. Side-side squats-4 sets x 5 combos/leg 4. Goblet squat to deadlift-4 sets x 8 combos 5. Glute bridge-4 sets x 12 reps 6. Pulse Lunge-4 sets x 8 reps/leg 7.
