It’s so easy to say “maybe tomorrow” it’s so easy to quit it’s so easy to give up it’s so easy to cheat yourself it’s so easy to “go tomorrow” it’s so easy to use the same weight every time STOP 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 + get out of your comfort zone! Being afraid of failure only puts you further from success. I even find myself feeling discouraged and wanting to take a break from working out or to go crazy and eat whatever I want. 🍟 What makes it soooo awesome to be a human is that we have so many days ahead to look forward to. Another day to pick yourself up and work on exercises you have never done, run the extra mile, try a new food🍉, up your weight! So stop making up excuses to make yourself feel better + just do the best you can! 🙌🏼 The worst that’s going to happen is failure and once you hit failure you can ONLY go up from there! 👍🏻 (hope this motivates you to work out tomorrow morning or sometime soon!)🍓 . . . . . . #gymmotivation

NUTRICION La nutricion seria el siguiente factor imprescindible para la ganancia de masa muscular, de echo la gran mayoría de los profesionales del área de la composición corporal le dan una importancia mayor a la nutrición para el trabajo de hipertrofia. Cuando realizamos un entrenamiento miy intenso de hipertrofia, sabemos que se produce una ruptura de las proteínas contractiles y un gasto energetico principalmente mediado por los hidratos de Carbono, tras dicho entrenamiento debemos procurar a nuestro organismo cierta cantidad de proteinas e hidratos de carbono, que hagan que nuestra célula muscular se rellene rápidamente del glucogeno utilizado en el entrenamiento y suministrarle igualmente esos aminoácidos que procuren la construcción muscular deteriorada durante un entrenamiento intenso. Este momento de ingesta puede durar incluso 4-6 horas alrededor de la sesión de entrenamiento, todo depende de la cantidad y composicion de la cómida. Ademas, sabemos que el cortisol se dispara justo cuando acabamos el entrenamiento, cuanto mas intenso peor, puesto que se crea un estado catabolico, principalmente con el suministro de hidratos de carbono post-entreno que haría que nuestro páncreas segregara insulina, una hormona tremendamente anabolica, que contrarrestaria la denominada hormona del estrés, el cortisol.
