His ‘n’ hers salads for dinner tonight......we both had delicious mixed leaves (spinach, chard and lettuce) with avocado, cucumber, cherry plum tomatoes, celery and smoked salmon fillets. Mr K’s salad was drizzled with honey mustard dressing and topped with crispy coleslaw, and mine was dressed with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and some raw basil dairy free pesto. Both delicious, both healthy, both nourishing, energising and rich in veggies, healthy omega-3 fats and protein. The perfectly balanced summer dinner for two ☺️💚 #grainfree

After three weeks of being almost sweetener free (I've used a little bit of Stevia this past week), I'm having an indulgent Sunday breakfast with these cinnamon roll pancakes! I used the Pumpkin Pancakes for One recipe from @fooddreamer, but subbed cinnamon for the pumpkin pie spice. Then I made a quick icing with powdered Swerve, water, and vanilla extract. Topped with a little homemade unsweetened whipped cream. Guilt-free decadence! 🥞😋 #grainfree

I sure love me some plantains😁They’re sustaining and satisfying. I’m basically on a paleo diet, heavy on vegetables, light on animal protein. My post workout meal was delicious😋I made a mangu with a side of sautéed Shiitake mushrooms and chicken breast. Spices I used were sea salt, garlic, and Bragg’s raw apple cider vinegar to taste. Oh, don’t forget the 🥑😎 #grainfree

Growing up, chocolate crinkle cookies were my favorite! 💛 Thanks to @bobsredmill, I was finally able to create a recipe that tastes exactly like the cookies I remember! I used their coconut sugar to create this recipe and I can already tell it’s going to be a baking staple for me. Other coconut sugars that I’ve tried have had an overpowering coconut taste. This sugar tastes like normal sugar! No coconut flavor is detectable. It’s a winner for me!🍪 I even made a refined sugar free “powdered sugar” with it to give these cookies their authentic look! Check out the recipe below👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 . . . 1/2 cup Cassava flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp melted palm shortening 1/4 cup + 2tbsp bob’s redmill coconut sugar 1/4 cup cocoa or carob powder 1 tbsp bob’s redmill arrowroot powder 1 tbsp bob’s red mill coconut sugar Mix together the egg, vanilla, and oil. Add the sugar and cocoa. Stir in dry ingredients. Chill in the fridge for a few minutes while you’re making the powdered sugar. Sift together the arrowroot and coconut sugar to make powdered sugar. Roll the dough into tbsp sized balls and roll through powdered sugar. Bake at 350 on a parchment lined baking sheet for 10 minutes. Enjoy! . . . #grainfree 🍫
