Throw in a Kettle Bell to also strengthen the shoulders and core and while improving posture and hip mobility. . . . I like to incorporate a Theraband around my knees to ensure my glutes are switched on and my knees don’t drop inwards as I squat!

If you see a program being advertised telling you that you are going to grow a butt like Kim K in 6 weeks then they're lying to you! Muscle takes months of graft to grow and does not happen in a few months. Also, if you are doing air kick backs and no- weight squats YOU CAN NOT grow your glutes this way. You Need to lift in addition to your body weight to stimulate growth 😊🍑🍑🍑 #gluteals (via .com @AppKottage) icial .
