#fitmom Übung Nr.1: Bild 1-4: komme in den Vierfüßlerstand, Rücken gerade, Bauch entspannt, Körpergewicht gleichmäßig auf alle Gliedmaßen verteilt. Rolle nun deinen Rücken Wirbel für Wirbel langsam und bewusst in den Katzenbuckel auf. Halte die Position und lasse den Kopf entspannt hängen. Anschließend bewegst du die Wirbel einzeln wieder in die Ausgangsstellung zurück und kommst weiter in die umgekehrte Position des „Pferderückens“. Anschließend wird die Übung ca. 3-4 Minuten, je nach eurem Wohlbefinden wiederholt. Achtet auf eure Atmung und ein schmerzfreies langsames Ausführen der Bewegung! Übung Nr.2: Bild 5: Bewege abwechselnd ein Beim im Vierfüßlerstand nach hinten. Ausführung langsam, bewusst und mit angespanntem Fuß! 15 Wh zu 3 Sätzen. Wer die Fortgeschrittene Variante wählen möchte kann sich an den Bildern 6-7 orientieren und nimmt den gegenüberliegenden Arm in der Streckung des Beines parallel mit! Anfänger wählen 5-10 Wh zu je 3 Sätzen, Fortgeschrittene können die Wiederholungszahl anpassen! Generell gilt besonders in der Schwangerschaft: hört auf euren Körper und passt die Trainingsintensität und Wiederholungszahl euch und eurem Wohlbefinden an! Diese Übungen sind gut für die Beweglichkeit eurer Wirbelsäule und dienen zur Entspannung der Wirbelsäulenmuskulatur - besonders gut bei Rückenschmerzen! Übung Nr. 2 mobilisiert die Muskeln in Bauch, Beinen und Po und ist eine sehr gute Balanceübung! Probiert sie aus und schreibt mir gerne eure Erfahrungen und Fragen! How’s 2:30-2:30pm?⌚️📱 MAKE YOUR PASSION YOUR PAYCHECK. I read that “passion is not something you follow,” I’d have to agree. “Passion is something that will follow you as you put in the hard work to become valuable to the world.” It's easy to confuse a hobby or interest for a profound passion that will result in career or business fulfillment. The reality is, that type of preexisting passion is rarely valuable. Want to love what you do? Pick something interesting. Pick something financially viable -- something people will pay you to do or provide. Then work hard. Improve your skills, whether at managing, selling, creating, implementing -- whatever skills your business requires. Use the satisfaction and fulfillment of small victories as motivation to keep working hard. I also read that shouldn’t focus on the value your work offers you. That's the passion mindset. Instead focus on the value you produce through your work: how your actions are important, how you're good at what you do, and how you're connected to other people. That's how you get to do what you love. Follow your passions, but make sure that what you're passionate about is a field where you can also make a living. Doing work you love, over the long-term, requires getting paid to do what you love -- which means being good enough at something other people value enough to pay you for it.
