And there is no shortcut exercise routine that does the work for you as you sit back and wait for that weight to drop or muscle to appear. ■■■■■■■■■■ The truth is, YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK. The truth is, YOU HAVE TO MAKE TIME. ■■■■■■■■■■ We all have busy lives - places to be, work to be done, people to meet, and endless to-do lists to be checked off. But don't let any of this get in your way of achieving your goals. Don't let these things become excuses you hide behind in not conquering your dreams. ■■■■■■■■■■ Make yourself a priority! Make your goals a priority! Make your life a priority! No matter what it is, fitness, nutrition, work, traveling, whatever - make time in your life to work on what's important to you. From the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep, I am jam-packed with things I need to do throughout my day. But that is not an excuse for me to not workout, to not eat healthy, and to not take care of myself. If you want something bad enough, you will make the time and work for it! ■■■■■■■■■■ If you still don't think you have any available time during your day, try taking just 10 minutes to do get a quick workout in, Or 10 minutes to look up some healthy recipes. That's it. Then the next day, try 15 minutes. And the next day, try for 20. Soon, you'll find that you may even have an hour during the day to start achieving your goals and STILL be able to get EVERYTHING else done too! ■■■■■■■■■■ It's just all about MAKING TIME. I challenge you to start making time for yourself today!
