Recordad incluir una ración en cada comida principal de este grupo de alimentos. (Presente en nuestro querido aceite de oliva, aguacate, frutos secos, pescados azules, algunas semillas...) evitando las grasas que provengan de fuentes poco adecuadas (saturadas, trans... En carnes, quesos grasos, procesados...) *Con las saturadas hay algunos matices que ya se comentarán 🤓 ......................................................... Completa con cabeza todas tus comidas! Piensa más en la calidad del plato que en las calorías (que una Coke light no es mejor metabólicamente, sea cual sea tu objetivo, que una cantidad adecuada de aceite en las comidas p.ej!); la grasa buena es estupenda! 🥑🥜🌰🐟 Varía siempre que puedas y a por el findeee! 🙋 #fats

Quick 10 minute lunch idea. Balanced meal with slow release carbohydrate, protein, healthy fats and some green veg 🍃 Pesto pasta with peppered mackerel. What you’ll need: •edemame and mung bean Fettucinne (can get in Holland and Barrett and most supermarkets now) •a handful of fresh spinach •1 tbsp dairy free green pesto •small peppered mackerel fillet How to make: •place the fettuccine in a pan of boiling water and let it cook for about 8 minutes •drain the pasta and then place back into the saucepan and add the pesto and spinach •once mixed, place into your bowl or plate and top with the mackerel pieces Happy Friday Everyone 💛💛
