So......yesterday was my birthday and I kept it completely keto. It can be done and I didn't feel like I missed out on anything. So obviously not sticking to it because a holiday, a birthday ect is a cop out we tell ourselves, myself included. There will always be an event, always a holiday, always something. I fasted all day until I made myself my lemon keto cake, had two pieces of that, went to toots and had a chef salad, then beers. Mich ultra only has 2.6 c per bottle. I had several. 🍻😬😂 but I was still within my limits and today was the lightest on the scale I have been all year. 🙌 could have been all the dancing I did last night! 🎤🎶🎵🎹🥁🎸 so from now on I wont let the weekend be my weak end anymore. #fatloss
