In this month's Extra Credit Challenge, we're getting back to basics with the Squat Hold. This movement is inspired by our very own Coach @dannybird009, who aims for 30 mins in the bottom of a squat daily. However, we're only asking you accumulate 200 minutes throughout the month, before or after a Cróga class you've attended. But if you feel the call to challenge yourself further, I'm sure Danny would love to chat with you about both the physical and mental benefits of the practice! November's Extra Credit Challenge is...Strict Pull-Ups! Accumulate 200 Reps before or after class, using bands as needed to keep reps vertical and strict. "Get my 1st Pull-up" is on a lot of people's goal list, which is why this month's ECC can be very useful to gaining ground towards that accomplishment.
