A very important part of emotional healing is deciding how you interpret and move past your negative emotions. It’s time to take responsibility for yourself and what happens to you. You need move past blaming others for the pain you feel and instead own it within yourself. Hold that thought and explore how your physical body reacts to pain in your mind. Your internal emotions cause muscle contractions and other physical pain symptoms. It’s time to let that go.

I'm 6.6 lbs away from my high school weight!!! . . I have been complaining about how hard this has been for me, but I have been noticing that my body is feeling a LOT better. The bloating that I had been feeling before starting this is gone. I am rarely actually hungry. Though the emotional eating habits are showing their heads more often--I'm trying to be mindful to watch them and choose meat, instead of sweet whenever I can. I also feel like moving my body more--walking, yoga, etc... . . I frequently ask myself WHY I'm challenging myself like this? It's because I want to FEEL good in my body! Not just numb, like how I can feel after or succumbing to old #emotionaleating habits. But actually vibrant and ✨ ALIVE ✨ inside my skin. So I'm weeding out the junk. 2018 has been a year of lightening up for me. It's been my goal--to lighten up all parts of my life! Leaving behind sweeteners is the step I'm on right now. . .
