WATER 💦💦💦 the absolute vital component in any healthy sustainable diet! Due to having such a hectic day yesterday I completely forgot and only managed to drink about 1 litre, and my god I felt atrocious, my workout that evening felt like poo, I felt depleted, tired, drained, weak, the list could genuinely go on! I hear so many people complain and speak about “water weight” “retaining too much water” “so bloated all the time”💦💦💦💦the one way to get around this is to drink MORE water, the more water you drink the less your body will retain, and your body won’t need to hold onto it due to the fact it knows it will receive more💦💦💦💦SIMPLES! You go get yourself a big 2Litres of water and aim to drink around 2/3 of those a day in total 4/6Litres a day!! Don’t get me wrong you’ll be running to the toilet more times than ever, but stick to doing this for a couple a weeks and I can guarantee you’ll be feeling more energetic, less tired, and won’t feel sluggish when we hit that 3pm mark in the day 😭we all know them ones! 💧 💧 💧 💧 💧 #bum
