Day 630 Up & At'em at 430 AM BBC DAY 418 Core Conditioning Mini Camp w/Partner Cardio Finisher Good morning! The coolness of the morning air at 5 AM was a pleasant reminder fall is almost here! A couple more days and things will begin to finally shift. Do you believe in the power of your mind? That the toughts you think can manifest your reality. Life is not always going to be sunshine and rainbows. But in those moments when life can be tough, these are the moments you need to be speaking life into yourself as well as to those around you. If you're focused on what you can't or didn't do then life can be dismal. Instead shift your thoughts to a more positive place and embarace what you did, how far you've come and know you will achieve your goal then it doesn't matter so much what you didn't do. Because one day that "didn't" will become what you did! Great workout at Groups of 5, 5 exercises, exercise 1 rotates the group AMRAP 1. Double Unders x 50 2. Weighted Sit Up Punch 3. Airborn  Power Plank 4. 1/2 Burpee Terrecore Hop 5 Stability Ball Transfer  Then the whole group does a parking lot Run. Finisher  Partner Med Ball Jump Slam, 1/2 Burpee toss Med ball to your partner and squat hold x 30 seconds  Then partner lowplank hold Heismans Repeat 2 times Thought of the day "Push yourself because no oneelse will do it for you."
