Time to grow and trust the process. In order to add size to your physique you HAVE to eat! Fat will come with doing so which you can minimize as much as possible by eating in a slight calorie surplus while still adding lean muscle. Staying shredded year round is not sustainable at all (your hormones and everything else is out of wack and you pretty much worship food) and it’s not healthy and optimal for your body to grow due to not giving it enough nutrients. I’m excited as hell to see how my body changes over these next 8 months! Just have to trust the process and embrace the FLUFF! • • • • • #bodybuilding

KNOW - DIET HACKS - One of the major keys in my transformation from fat to fit was learning which foods would help me stay full longest without adding too many calories to my daily total. Once I learned just how many delicious, filling, low cal options there were I started making great progress in shedding body fat. - 🥐For example, you need fewer calories to feel full from potatoes or oats than from ice cream or a croissant. - 🥔Boiled potatoes are very filling, and scored the highest of all the foods on the satiety index (this is a measure of how full foods make you feel). Potatoes are great at filling you up and helping you eat fewer calories in total - 🥣Oatmeal is another good option that is a very filling breakfast choice. It will help you eat fewer calories in the following meal(s) and delay the feeling of hunger. - 🍣Fish is rich in protein and loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which both increase the feeling of fullness. - 🥩Meat is another high protein option that is very filling and will keep you satisfied for long periods of time.
