Sometimes after a workout you need to lie on the floor and find your life!! 😁 Day 3 (I’m a day ahead of everyone as I couldn’t wait!!) and my arms are sore AF today.... but keep it coming because sore muscles = my body is changing! 👊🏻 Love a new program... keeps my body guessing!.. Why power is way more powerful than will power in my eyes. You have to know your WHY behind what you’re doing. The WHY power is always going to be stronger & bigger than will power. You can always will yourself to do something but it you don’t have a drive, a reason, a why .. the will power will eventually dwindle. Sipping coffee and writing my holiday packing list, I need to write everything down or I’ll forget something! Even Ollie gets his own little list although that usually consists of: Monkey/Tablet/Goggles!! I always seem to go away when I start a new Fitness Program too!.. Last year it was 80 Day Obsession and this time it’s LIIFT4 but that’s ok as my laptop and resistance bands are getting packed! After our outdoorsy workout this morning I took Ollie to Costa for some Post Workout FOOD!!... And I still managed to find something that fits in with my nutrition plan. YES, it might be a bit more difficult when we eat out to find healthier choices BUT it can be done, you just have to find them. This was warm oats topped with honey and 1/2 a banana with a cold brew coffee with coconut milk. When you are challenged with eating out and you want to stay on track, it's totally possible, you can always ask for something to be switched, left out or put on the side, most places are obliging these days. You don't have to miss out and you'll leave feeling satisfied and happy that you stayed true to your goals! 🎯

It’s such a beautiful day that I rounded up a couple of friends, grabbed my laptop and took my workout to the park!
