I’ve been on a strict diet for long time ., of non sugar, non dairy and non gluten (and sleeping well!!!) and of course my practice and bandhas seemed to be incredible for a good period of time always floating with my vinyasa , breathing properly or even my thoughts were so calm & relaxed!!!!!!!!...........etc etc ...as soon as my kid finishes school and it’s time for a vacay my diet changes slowly I ate at different hours different stuff started to eat more sugar even gluten (obviously 🤫😝holidays ) and I lost everything!!!! Couldn’t feel my bandhas I was bloating all the time my thoughts were so Rajasic and unsteady !! Anyway it was a good way to confirm that quality off food and a good sleep Do MATTER!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽finally I’m back on track (restraining this food once more❌🚫 )!!!!! I feel super happy my bandhas started blossoming again after hard hard work of course!! So my recommendation is ., please do care about the food you eat & the hours of a good sleep you are having cause is all about balance!!!! Care about your temple ❤️🙏🏼 #ashtanga

The practice of yoga does not mean that you will never again experience pain, sadness, struggle or any of the other things that might be labelled as ‘bad‘. Instead the practice means that you might not feel as bothered by the inevitable swing between the opposing forces of life. In fact, the lesson of the breath may be just that, the perfect balance between inhale and exhale as the tides of life roll in and out of your awareness. If you hold on to either you’ll be fighting a pointless battle. Instead yoga teaches you to find peace in the ebb and flow of life. And when you can then connect to the silence within you, you can make sense of the chaos around you....that is the beauty of true genuine yoga....💖🙏 #ashtanga
