Night snack was 😋 I had 100g non fat Greek yogurt 🍦 a single serving size box of cornflakes 🌽 raspberries and strawberries 🍓 Tonight my mum made dinner 😬 she made rice 🍚 salmon 🐟 and veg ( spinach + broccoli 🥦) she served it as well !!! She gave me half the pack of rice, a big spoonful of veg and then she gave me 1 salmon fillet and like 1/4 of another one (!!!) I immediately knew I couldn’t have that 1/4 so I piled it on the corner of my plate and ate everything else 😢😭 it was good and (king of ) a recovery win because usually I would freak out and not end up eating any of it but I still ate most 🤨💪😬 Keep fighting 🌸 recovery

PASTA 🍝 • Les fameuses pâtes que j’avais prévu pour ce midi et que j’ai oubliée de prendre avec moi ... BOULET 😂👍🏻 • Donc du coup j’ai dis bah « Goûte la paella si t’aime pas tu demandera des pâtes » et au final j’ai bien aimée car askip elle était pas trop réussite donc le goût était moins fort (tant mieux) et vu que j’avais LA DALLE ( en même temps 6h45-14h30 sans manger 😂) j’ai pas trop chercher à comprendre 😅 • En dessert une part de tarte aux fruits et un bout d’opéra ☺️ Du coup ce soir je me suis jeter sur mon Tupperware oubliée 😂 des pâtes aux thon à la tomate et poivron 😍 • Votre journée s’est bien passé ? • #anorexiarecovery

Breakfast this morning was a lovely açaí bowl ☺️ and small dog makes an appearance! I am feeling a little less motivated and strong today, but I will remain strong nonetheless, and stick to my guns 💪🏻 I’ve been in recovery since 2013, it’s absolutely crazy how I feel like I am facing something brand new in giving it my 100%, and vow to continue to give it my 100% even on the hardest days. It feels as new as my first days in treatment felt. It feels like unmapped territory!! My therapist says that you can probably consider yourself in 100% stable and strong recovery if you’ve gone an entire year with zero behaviors. Not recovered of course, but at least totally stable. Going one year seems insane! But that just goes to show how strong my eating disorder still is, and how much harder I need to keep on trying if I want to get better. I need to push myself beyond my comfort zone, if I want freedom. I am sure as hell not ready to, but I sure as hell want to. ☺️ Here’s to day ✌🏻 of zero behaviors. I can do this. #anorexiarecovery

to yesterday’s awesome which was perfect for the by @liesl.balance @littlekalegirl @danistrailcooking and @vegan.niinja !!! I had Poppy-Pudding-Oats with soy yogurt, topped with more than half an kilo of melon!🙈💗 So yummy and just a perfect !!! ... Egal, wie lang der Weg ist, wichtig ist es erstmal den ersten Schritt zu gehen, denn nur dann wird der Weg kürzer! > egal was ihr vorhabt beginnt damit! Setzt euch ein Ziel und beginnt, euch auf den Weg dahin zu begeben! Wartet nicht und lauft auf keinen Fall davor weg, ihr macht den Weg doch nur umso länger!!! Und wenn du dich nich nicht bereit fühlst, dann konzentriere dich auf den nächsten Schritt, egal wie groß er ist, Hauptsache er geht in die richtige Richtung und führt zum Ziel!!! Es werden immer wieder steinigere Abschnitte kommen, aber je länger du unterwegs bist, desto selbstständiger geht der nächste Schritt und der Blick zurück gibt dir nochmal Motivation, da du siehst, was du schon geschafft & erreicht hast und du merkst, dass das Ziel schon näher gerückt ist!!! Kämpfe für deine Ziele, Träume & Wünsche und wenn du nur fest genug daran glaubst, dann wirst du sie auch erreichen!💞 Du bist stärker als du glaubst!💗 ... Bei Fragen/Anregungen oder auch so zum quatschen könnt ihr mir natürlich immer gerne über Tellonym oder eine DM schreiben🙈💖!

🌟my tonight is and a rice cake with unpictured milk(!!!!) 🌟So today i went and saw incredibles 2 and it was so amazing, it reminded me of happier times and whilst i LOVED my experience and the time i had...the depression is kicking in right now... 🌟I have struggled a lot with eating today, feeling guilty, fake, unworthy and stupid... 🌟But i didnt restrict... 🌟And although this might not seem like a big thing, it is for me... 🌟Recovery wins can be big or small... 🌟Even if you had an extra gram of oats or ml of milk...its still a win 🌟So in this moment of depression, i just have to hold on to the hope that it will pass... 🌟And it will... 🌟Just hold on x 💗Stay safe and have a good evening💗 recovery
